Here at FlagClothes.com, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied you’re your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included.
To return or exchange merchandise, please contact our customer service representative by e-mailing us at CustomerCare@FlagClothes.com by calling (800) 955-2456 or by faxing us at (415) 898. 0035. You will be given a Return Authorization number and an address where to return your package. In order for your package to be received by our warehouse your return authorization number must be written on the outside of the package. Your total satisfaction is our top priority. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If for any reason, you would like to EXCHANGE a product FlagClothes.com
will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.
All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and your credit should appear on your next statement. Please allow 10-12 business days for receipt and processing of your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
Exceptions to Return Policy:
- Returns or exchanges of SALE merchandise purchased from FlagClothes.com
must be returned to the online store within 15 days.
