  1. What payment methods can I use?

    FlagClothes.com accepts the following methods of payment for purchases:

  2. When will my order ship?

    FlagClothes.com’s goal is to ship purchases of in-stock items within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    We ship via United Parcel Service. Delivery to residential and business addresses should arrive within five to seven business days after your order has been shipped.

    Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Please add $12, over our regular shipping rates for Alaska and Hawaii. Allow approximately three to ten business days for delivery. FlagClothes.com is proud to offer shipping to APO addresses. We are unable, however, to ship to P.O. boxes.

    Delivery schedules are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on ship-to locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow for credit approval, address verification and order processing.
  3. When will my order be delivered?

    Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed prior to noon Eastern time and shipping to the address listed with your credit card company as your official billing address will arrive as specified above. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

  8. Can I ship to another address?

    Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own.  When you register with FlagClothes.com, you will have the option to create your own address list.  This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to whom you frequently send gifts.  It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time. (Please note: The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. FlagClothes.com will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific question about a delivery.)
  9. What if I am not pleased with my selection-can I return this purchase?

    If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included.

In order for your package to be received by our warehouse your return authorization number must be written on the outside of the package.   10. Will my order be taxed?

    Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders shipped within California.
  11. I live outside of the United States.  Can I order from FlagClothes.com?

    Yes, we do ship outside the United as well as to APO addresses.

  12. What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

    Customer satisfaction is our goal at FlagClothes.com. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 800.955.2456 or 415.898.0033 outside the U.S. and we will replace the order. We will contact UPS to initiate a claim. Please keep all packaging until UPS has completed their claim process. It usually takes between 7-14 days.
  13. Can I see a record of my transactions with FlagClothes.com?

    By registering with us, you can check your order status online through the Order History area of your User Profile. All of the details regarding past purchases will be conveniently stored for you in an organized listing. You can also check the status of an order placed with FlagClothes.com by contacting our Customer Service Representatives at 800.955.2456.

  14. How long does it take to process my return?

    Please allow 10 to 12 business days for receipt and processing of your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.
  15. If I want to exchange my item for a similar item, or just a different size or color, how do I do that?

    To exchange merchandise, please contact our customer service representative by e-mailing us CustomerCare@FlagClothes.com by calling (800) 955. 2456 or by faxing us at (415) 898. 0035.

    Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  FlagClothes.com will happily ship the exchanged item at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.
  16. Do you sell your gift packaging?

    Gift packaging is available for any of your purchases through FlagClothes.com.  When prompted at the checkout page, just let us know you'd like to make your purchase a gift.  If you select this service there will be a $4 dollar charge per item.  Each item will arrive beautifully presented in our classic Nostalgia packaging.  The purchases can be mailed to any United States address as a gift.  FlagClothes.com does not currently support gift shipments to PO Box addresses.  A personalized message can be printed on your gift receipt, which excludes pricing information, for easy exchange.  FlagClothes.com is pleased to provide the opportunity for you to send personal messages to friends and family with your gift.  At this time we do not sell Gift packaging separately.
