The Defense Image was designed to promote the sale of War Bonds in,WWII. Thus the pilot saying, "You Buy 'Em We'll Fly 'Em!" We took the WWII Defense Image and added further designs and embellishments including; the year 1903, this year represents the first year of flight by the Wright Brothers. Without their success, it would not have allowed the U.S. to have Air Support for WWI & WWII. We added a Nostalgic Postcard proclaiming Greetings from Will Rogers Field. During World War II, Will Rogers Field was a major training facility for the United States Army Air Forces. Many fighter and bomber units were initially activated and received their initial training there. The shirt offers a front and back design, machine washable, will not shrink or fade. Check the size chart this shirt is fitted. Made from 92/8 poly spandex.
